It was a pleasure to host my very first Community Barbeque at Wismer Park this past Saturday. I was very pleased to see over 900 members of the community join us for delicious burgers, refreshing drinks and local entertainment.
As the fall session of Parliament approaches it was an incredible opportunity to hear the concerns and feedback of locals.
Markham-Unionville residents remain concerned about the direction the current limousine liberal government is taking our country in. High and rising taxes, wasteful spending and the possibility of “safe” injection sites in their communities’ remains top of mind.
I will take these concerns to Ottawa later next month to hold the government to account.
My office and I are pleased to be available to the community to assist with whatever concerns should arise. Feel free to reach my community office at (905) 470 2024 or stop by at 8300 Woodbine Avenue Suite 201, Markham, ON L3R 9Y7.
